Shipping destinations. We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states, Puerto Rico, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Processing time. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). During product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. Pre-order items ship by the estimated date listed on the product page.

Shipping methods and rates.
• Standard — USPS Ground Advantage, 2–5 business days in transit: $8.00
• Priority — USPS Priority Mail, 1–3 business days in transit: $14.00
• Free Standard shipping on orders of $150 or more (before tax, after discounts)

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Address accuracy. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, email hello@lyricscollection.net immediately; we can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. Packages arriving damaged should be reported within 48 hours with photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
