Return & Exchange Policy — Lyrics Collection
Last updated: October 13, 2026Return window. You may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors or stains, with the original numbered drop tag still attached, and in original packaging. Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to start a return. Email hello@lyricscollection.net with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. We will send you return instructions within 1 business day.
Return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked service; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges. Exchanges are subject to availability. Because our drops are limited, we cannot guarantee your preferred size or color will be in stock. If an exchange isn't possible, we'll issue a refund or store credit.
Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3 business days), we'll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or defective items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.
