US only, for now. We ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Made to order. Every piece is produced after you order it at our production partners' facilities in the USA. Production takes 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). During launches and the holiday season it can take a little longer. If your order contains several items, they may ship in separate packages.
Rates.
- Standard — about 3–5 business days in transit after production: $8.00
- Express — faster transit after production: $15.00
- Free Standard shipping on orders of $150 or more; free Express on orders of $200 or more (before tax, after discounts)
Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
Address accuracy. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, email contact@lyricscollection.net right away; we can update the address only if production hasn't started.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. Report damaged packages within 30 days with photos and we'll make it right.
