Made for you. Every Lyrics piece is printed or embroidered to order, just for you. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind. Please check the Size Guide before ordering — if you're between sizes, size up.
Misprints, damage, and defects. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email contact@lyricscollection.net within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping. You won't need to send the item back.
Cancellations. Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 2 hours of purchase, before production starts. After that, the order is already being made.
Refunds. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process it.
